Description

Revamp the Valley (RTV) is a registered non-profit organisation (NPO Registration Number: 201-385 NPO) dedicated to the idea of building a community democracy in the Fish Hoek Valley. RTV is driven by the desire to encourage people to take responsibility for their neighbourhoods and to work at a grassroots level to build a strong community democracy. Formalised in 2017, RTV focuses on the region geographically defined by the two beaches and Silvermine Nature Reserve to the north and Brakkloof Ridge to the south, and which includes the commercial centres and suburbs of Fish Hoek, Clovelly, Sun Valley, Masiphumelele, Ocean View, Kommetjie, and Noordhoek.
